Challenges: The client sought a cost-effective solution for managing relationships between physicians, patients, and clinics. They required a cloud-based telephony system integrated with CRM to improve collaboration between doctors and patients. Technology: SuiteCRM, Contivio Solution: We developed a portal allowing patients to communicate with their healthcare providers, including doctors and clinics, via SuiteCRM integration. The backend platform was designed using SuiteCRM to manage the relationships between doctors, patients, and clinics, ensuring smooth collaboration for each clinic’s doctor-patient interactions. Additionally, we integrated Contivio, a cloud-based telephony system, for automating contact center operations. Outcome: The system automated several workflows to eliminate unnecessary delays and manual processes, improving overall efficiency. It also introduced an online communication channel between doctors and patients through a seamless integration with Contivio, a cloud-based contact center and telephony software. This solution significantly enhanced the doctor-patient relationship by consolidating all details into a single platform, instead of having them scattered across multiple repositories in different formats.
