About Arinder
Arinder Suri is the CEO and Co-Founder of Taction Software, a global IT services company he founded in 2013 with a clear mission: to build software that genuinely solves business problems — not just technology for technology’s sake.
With over two decades of hands-on experience across software engineering, enterprise architecture, and IT leadership, Arinder brings a rare combination of deep technical fluency and business acumen. His career has spanned roles from program management to chief technology leadership, giving him a 360-degree view of how software gets built, scaled, and delivered to clients.
Under his leadership, Taction has grown from a small startup into a global firm with offices across the United States and India, serving clients in healthcare, fintech, retail, automotive, and SaaS.
