Saurabh Bhargava is the COO and Co-Founder of Taction Software, where he leads global operations, software delivery, and digital transformation consulting. With more than 15 years of hands-on experience in enterprise software and healthcare IT, he is the operational backbone behind how Taction builds and ships software.

Saurabh’s expertise sits at the intersection of technology and execution. He has overseen the delivery of hundreds of software projects spanning healthcare, fintech, retail, automotive, and SaaS — giving him a practitioner’s view of what actually makes IT initiatives succeed in the real world, and where they tend to fail.

At Taction, he is particularly focused on healthcare technology — leading the firm’s work in HIPAA-compliant development, EHR integration (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, Allscripts), HL7 v2 and FHIR R4 interoperability, Mirth Connect implementations, telemedicine, and remote patient monitoring. He has also expanded Taction’s practice into AI-driven healthcare solutions, including clinical chatbots and intelligent diagnostic support tools.

Beyond operations, Saurabh is a prolific writer and thought leader. He regularly publishes on the Taction blog, breaking down complex topics like menopause management apps, women’s health technology, healthcare interoperability, and mobile app development for clinical settings. His writing is rooted in firsthand implementation experience — not theory.
